Partnering with us is easy, with a five step handover process designed to provide a seamless onboarding to our systems, processes, and ensure your asset is in safe hands, as quickly as possible.
1. Asset Current Status
First, we review your current tenancy schedules, Heads of Agreements, outstanding notice and breaches, insurances, deposits, tenant correspondences, and financial information.
2. Financials and Statements
Next, we review your income and expenses, budgets, trial balances, general ledgers, aged debtors, historical expenditure over three years, water and tax rates, and all paid and outstanding invoices to understand your current financial situation.
3. Building Information
Next, we take a full walk through of your property, understanding the plans, certification, safety plans, asset registers, audits maintenance and manuals to ensure compliance is up to date and what needs to be done to support you.
4. Contracts Review
We review your contracts, with your existing contractors, contact details, and reviewing the systems, processes, and standards of work. After-hours numbers to ensure emergency and maintenance can continue.
5. Operation and Strategy
Finally, we review your operations, carpark layouts, operating times, security arrangements and strategy, passwords and access to systems, marketing, social media, current year budgets and expenditure planning.
